Q: Will the product look exactly like the mockup shown?
A: Our mockups are accurate digital representations of the actual product. However, slight variations may occur in: — Print placement (±0.5 inch) — Colour tone (due to screen settings) — Fabric appearance (looks and feels more premium in hand) These are not defects. If you receive a product with a significant print issue — we'll replace it immediately. 

Q: Why does the colour look different from the website?
A: Every screen displays colours differently based on brightness, contrast, and calibration settings. Our prints are colour-accurate to the original design file. If you feel the colour is significantly off — WhatsApp us a photo and we'll review it.
